The Updated 2025 GMC Yukon Build Your Perfect SUV

Have you ever thought about what your dream SUV would look like? What features would it have and what color it would be? The 2025 GMC Yukon has arrived with some significant updates to its exterior look and new features inside.

Your Yukon Just the Way You Want

One of the best things about buying a new vehicle is the fact that you can get it with everything you want and nothing you don’t. The GMC build and price tool allows you to add the features you just have to have whether it’s the luxury appointments that now come in the AT4, including massaging front seats, or the latest color options that include Downpour Metallic or Midnight Pine.

What Else is New with the 2025 GMC Yukon?

The 2025 GMC Yukon has a number of small changes, but each change makes a big difference helping to create a full-size SUV that is more luxurious, technologically advanced, and stylish than ever.
A new Elevation trim replaces both the SLE and SLT, providing buyers with a well-equipped base trim. On the other end of the spectrum, the Denali Ultimate has more features than ever, including the addition of second-row executive seating.

Still, Lots of Power

You have several engine choices with the Yukon. Two gas engines and a diesel are up for grabs. The 5.3-liter V-8 starts things off with 355 horsepower for the Elevation and AT4, while the Denali and Denali Ultimate have a 6.2-liter V-8 with 420 horsepower.
If you like diesel power, you can get a 3.0-liter six-cylinder with any of the trims. The latest version puts out 305 horsepower, which is up from the 277 horsepower in the previous model year. Another change for the 2025 Yukon is it’s back to a more traditional gear shift lever on the steering column instead of the buttons on the dashboard.

Luxury on the Road and Off

When you think of off-roading, you probably don’t think about riding in luxury. But you can start now. The AT4 Ultimate combines all the off-road capabilities of the AT4 with luxury features such as massaging front seats, open-pore wood trim in the cabin, and premium leather upholstery covering the seats.
This Yukon can tackle all kinds of terrain with its 20-inch wheels, red tow hooks, and a front skid plate. It also has a four-corner adaptive suspension that can raise the ride height an extra two inches to add some extra ground clearance.

Go Extra Upscale in the Fancier Denali Ultimate

As you build and price your GMC Yukon you can cover almost everything if you have the Denali Ultimate. We’re talking 16-way power-adjustable front seats with heat, massage, and cooling, and power-reclining second-row captain’s chairs. And like the AT4 Ultimate, you’ll ride in style with open-pore wood trim.
Technology is front and center in this Yukon along with the rest of the lineup. A 22-speaker Bose stereo is available and GM’s night vision with thermal detection for objects along the way is also available.
