The 2018 Mazda CX-3 subcompact crossover, introduced in 2015, is the latest edition for Mazda’s CX line crossover. With a 146-horsepower 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine under the hood, power is transferred to the front wheels or through a new generation all-wheel drive system via a six-speed automatic transmission. The AWD system uses the active torque control clutch that was first used on the CX-5.

It uses a front end slip warning detection system, which uses a sensor signal to accurately monitor the driver’s intent and always change the driving conditions. In addition, the CX-3 uses newly developed take off power and a compact and lightweight rear differential. The CX-3 offers Mazda Connect’s latest active, passive, and in-car-infotainment technologies, including Mazda Connect infotainment system and i-ActivSense’s advanced safety features.

2018 Mazda CX-3 Model Preview

Mazda CX-3 takes the world of subcompact crossovers with storms by 2016, and remains unchanged in 2017. By 2018, we expect this tiny mover to remain unchanged.
By boasting the latest version of Mazda Kodo design language, there is no reason for Mazda to make a visual change on the crossover. So, the search is visually identical to the current model inside and outside.

We also anticipate the standard features that remain unchanged in the new year as well. If this proves true, the Mazda CX-3 2018 will come with 16-inch alloy wheels, automatic headlamps, rear spoiler, keyless lock and ignition, cruise control, rearview camera and six-speaker audio system with 7- Inch touchscreen.

Buyers looking for an upscale model will have the option of purchasing a Touring or Grand Touring trim. For more advanced security and technology features, buyers can add i-Activsense Packages to the Grand Touring trim line.

The other areas we expect remain the same as the powertrain, as we would expect from a 2.0-liter four-cylinder cylinder with 146 horsepower and 146 pound-feet of torque remaining. This engine will pair with a six-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive as standard, but all-wheel drive will be an option.

2018 Mazda CX-3 Price & Release Date

Mazda CX-3 2018 will start production in June, and we hope to land in showrooms in July.
With no change in work, we expect nothing more than a very light price change over the current model, which ranges from $ 20,900 to $ 27,180 (including destination costs). Mazda often offers attractive rental deals on the CX-3 and recently added a small factory price cut.
